Delivery within the European Union (EU)
We currently ship to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Standard delivery ranges from €0 to €8, while Premium delivery (where available) ranges from €5 to €25. Exact shipping fees and options for your country will be shown at checkout.
International Deliveries (outside EU)
We ship internationally to the following countries: Canada, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States of America.
All orders are shipped via DHL Express, with shipping costs ranging from €10 to €20. The exact fee for your country will be displayed during checkout.
Customs & Duties:
All shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means no additional taxes, import duties, or customs fees will be charged by local authorities—the price you pay at checkout is the final price.
Tracking
You will receive your tracking information via email (and SMS, where available) within 24 hours after your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates and estimated delivery dates will be available once the parcel has left our warehouse.
Shipping Windows & Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs procedures, carrier delays, or local holidays. Once an order has been dispatched, INUIKII cannot be held responsible for any delays, import duties, customs procedures, or additional fees applied by local authorities or carriers.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date. Returned products must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- With tags attached
- In the original shoe box
Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us. Please pack them securely and keep proof of postage. Once your return has been inspected and approved, the refund will be issued. Items not meeting our return conditions will be sent back without refund.
Return cost contribution:
- EUR 8 for all countries within the EU (European Union)
- EUR 20 for Canada
- EUR 15 for Norway
- EUR 10 for Switzerland
- EUR 10 for United Kingdom
- EUR 20 for United States of America

Carriers
We work with various carriers depending on your country. Delivery times and carrier details are listed in our shipping table. While you can find tracking information on the carrier’s website, we will always send your tracking links directly via email so you can easily follow your order.
