Easy return

We want you to love your INUIKII products! In case you change your mind or the size does not fit, here is what you need to know.

If you need to return an item, the return costs will be partially covered by the customer. These costs will be deducted from the refunded amount automatically:

  • EUR 8 for all countries within the EU (European Union)
  • EUR 20 for Canada
  • EUR 15 for Norway
  • EUR 10 for Switzerland
  • EUR 10 for United Kingdom
  • EUR 20 for United States of America

Exchanges are not possible. If you would like a different item, please return your order and place a new one.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date. To qualify for a return, products must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • With tags attached
  • In the original shoe box and outer shipping carton

Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us. Please pack them securely and keep proof of postage. Once your return has been inspected and approved, the refund will be issued. Items not meeting our return conditions will be sent back without a refund.

Register Return

Return Label

To facilitate your return, a return label will be automatically generated once you have registered your return and will be sent to you by e-mail. This label will allow you to return the item(s) to us quickly and easily.

Print Documents

Print the return label you received by e-mail.
To ensure a smooth return process, kindly note that identifying the sender and contents of your return package is crucial. If our warehouse team faces difficulties in this regard, it may cause delays in processing your return.

Pack

While preparing your package for return, please ensure that all returnable items are complete, including any accessories. The product box must remain undamaged and be placed inside the shipping box. Pack all items carefully and make sure fragile parts are sufficiently padded.

Send

To send your return to our warehouse, simply drop off the package at the nearest pick-up point or arrange a pick-up with a forewarder. You may find the closest pick-up point via the carrier's website.
